Job Description We are seeking a Product Owner – Salesforce Customer Service & Field Services to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in leading the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of Salesforce Customer Service and Field Service solutions that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support business transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce consultants, technical teams, and executive leadership to define product strategy, manage implementation activities, and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Product Owner for Salesforce Customer Service and Field Service capabilities, aligning product priorities with business objectives. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functional areas. Partner with business leaders, Salesforce consultants, and technical teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions that support operational goals. Develop and manage product backlogs, prioritize enhancements, and define user stories and acceptance criteria. Lead implementation planning and coordinate project activities, including testing, deployment, training, and change management efforts. Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor solution adoption, collect user feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Support Agile delivery practices and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management activities. Ensure solutions are delivered on time, meet business requirements, and provide measurable value to the organization. Required Qualifications Experience serving as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role supporting enterprise applications. Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and ecosystem. Proven experience leading software implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder expectations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in cross-functional environments with business, technology, and third‑party implementation teams. Ability to balance strategic product ownership responsibilities with hands‑on business analysis and project coordination activities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience with Salesforce Field Service (Field Service Lightning). Experience leading large‑scale business process transformation initiatives. Agile and Scrum experience, including backlog management and sprint planning. Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Business Analyst Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Field Service Consultant Salesforce Product Owner Certification (preferred) Experience working with customer service, field operations, or service management organizations. Familiarity with change management, user adoption strategies, and enterprise software rollouts. Work Environment & Location Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite (based on client requirements) Travel: Minimal to occasional travel as required Collaborative team environment with opportunities to lead a high‑impact Salesforce transformation initiative from implementation through long‑term optimization.
