AtWork Personnel Harrisonburg is hiring a Frontline Customer Service Specialist for a well-established local organization. This is a full-time temporary position through November with paid training and the opportunity to build valuable office and customer service experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Welcome customers at the front desk and drive-thru
- Accept and accurately process customer payments
- Schedule service requests and assist with account updates
- Complete data entry and general office support
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has customer service and/or cash-handling experience
- Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable working with computers and learning new software
- Communicates professionally and enjoys helping people
- Can stay positive and focused in a busy environment
- Speaks Spanish a PLUS, but not required!
