Fall 2026 Management Trainee Intern- Northern NJ

Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full‑time professionals. Graduating Seniors of Fall 2026 This is a temporary part‑time position during the fall semester 2026 with the hourly rate of pay of $19 per hour. The opening covers our branches in the Northern NJ area (Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, Union and Essex Counties). Responsibilities When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. You’ll be put in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees, and have the chance to develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During the internship you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating by January of 2027. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle. First‑time drivers or under 21 must complete New Jersey DMV Graduated Driver License (GDL) program requirements. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future. Must be available to work approximately 25 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours, except for religious observation. Must live within a 1‑hour commute to the selected location at least 30 days before the anticipated start date.
