Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, is passionate about guest experience, and knows how to build and motivate a strong team.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times
Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to hit financial goals
Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
Drive sales and contribute to overall restaurant growth

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing high-volume operations
Solid understanding of P&L, labor control, and cost management
Ability to stay organized and lead under pressure
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
