This role owns the full customer experience—from first interaction through delivery—while driving individual performance and contributing to dealership growth. This is a performance‑based role with uncapped earning potential for individuals who want control over their income. To support the transition, we offer guaranteed income during the ramp period, contingent on completing training within the first 30 days. Training and coaching are provided to build confidence quickly. This role is especially suited for individuals coming from hourly or capped‑income roles who are ready for their effort to directly impact what they earn. Key Objectives Deliver a strong customer experience built on trust and relationships Match customers with the right RV and product solutions Drive sales through consistent follow‑up and pipeline management Transition successfully from ramp period into performance‑based earnings Convert work ethic and customer interaction skills into measurable results Contribute to dealership revenue and customer satisfaction Responsibilities Greet and engage customers with professionalism and energy Identify customer needs, preferences, and goals Present RV options and benefits aligned to customer lifestyle Guide customers through the full sales process Maintain consistent follow‑up with leads and past customers Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and stay organized Apply transferable skills (communication, problem‑solving, service) in a sales environment Participate in training and coaching to improve performance Take ownership of activity, results, and overall success What We’re Looking For Sales experience not required, but is a definite plus!
