Commercial Real Estate Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a global corporate real estate organization, the contract Commercial Real Estate Analyst will manage analytics and reporting initiatives, build advanced financial models, and develop executive-level reporting while working in a hybrid environment with one day on-site in NYC and four days remote. Key responsibilities Lead analytics and reporting initiatives for the global corporate real estate team, including dashboard development and portfolio reporting Build and maintain advanced financial models to support lease transactions and portfolio optimization Analyze lease structures to ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards while providing strategic recommendations to leadership Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate analytics or corporate real estate strategy Experience supporting large-scale commercial real estate portfolios within enterprise or global organizations Advanced financial modeling skills, including NPV, IRR, and DCF analysis Expertise in data visualization and dashboard development using tools like Tableau, Excel, or Power BI Strong knowledge of commercial real estate concepts, including leasing structures and portfolio management
