Engineer II – Senior CCaaS / AI Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in CCaaS platforms, cloud architecture, AI/ML integration, and enterprise-scale customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement enterprise-grade CCaaS solutions.
Lead cloud migrations and platform modernization initiatives.
Design secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
Build AI/ML-enabled customer service solutions.
Design and maintain data pipelines and analytical datasets.
Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in Java and/or Python.
Experience with CCaaS platforms and Conversational AI technologies.
Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, SQL, NoSQL databases, and API integrations.
Experience building AI/ML solutions using TensorFlow, XGBoost, SARIMA, Prophet, or similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of model lifecycle management and governance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
