Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needsMonitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions onlinePerform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasksAct as primary loan servicing contact that involves construction monitoring and disbursementsMonitor collateral and preparing payoff letters, releasing collateralAudit loan systems of record for new loan setups, modifications and data input, and customer research and billingReceive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individualsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:1+ year of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Financial Services experience within Commercial Loans or Consumer LendingQuality Control, Quality Assurance, Audit, or Operational Review experienceBasic knowledge and understanding of collateral documentation, perfection, and business entitiesExperience with perfection of lien and/or release of lienExperience effectively managing a pipeline to meet service level agreements and deadlinesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with sound attention to detailLocation: Des Moines, IAJob Expectations:Hybrid work scheduleThis position is not eligible for VISA SponsorshipPosting End Date: 25 Aug 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
