Strategic Sales Manager - Southwest - Trauma

Strategic Sales Manager role focused on GPO and IDN contract strategy across Southwest region. Leads pricing and sales initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams to drive growth, protect market share, and deliver customer value in medical device trauma markets.

Responsibilities

Lead GPO and IDN contract strategy development and pricing optimization
Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance on strategic goals
Develop and manage long-term relationships with enterprise customers
Create and deliver presentations on contract and pricing strategies
Execute strategic initiatives that drive market share and profitability

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years sales and/or marketing experience
Medical device marketing or GPO/IDN sales management experience preferred
Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop complementary business strategies
Strong presentation creation and delivery skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse groups

Compensation: $167,100 - $362,100 USD Annual (based on band assignment)
