Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and maximizing sales revenue for the dealership. Job Type Full-time Responsibilities Manage and direct the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded Train and coach sales representatives to improve their performance and sales skills Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership revenue Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies in the automotive industry We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Feldman Automotive
