Senior Manager, Warehouse Technology & Engineering

A fast-growing logistics and supply chain solutions company is seeking an experienced engineering project leader to drive cross‑functional operational and systems initiatives across warehouse and distribution environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation and stabilization Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder coordination Drive warehouse layout design, material flow optimization, and operational improvements Lead small-to-mid‑sized CapEx initiatives and facility redesign efforts Develop analytical models and optimization tools for labor planning and operational efficiency Serve as product owner for engineering systems and software implementations Oversee implementation readiness, training, UAT, and change management activities Mentor junior engineering team members and support organizational growth Success Metrics: EBITDA and margin improvement On‑time, on‑budget project execution Safety and quality improvements Client and stakeholder satisfaction Qualifications: Engineering, supply chain, logistics, or operations experience Strong project management and analytical skills Experience in warehouse/distribution operations preferred Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Soni
