Director of Customer Support & Experience

Vehlo is hiring a Director of Customer Support to own the end‑to‑end support experience for dealership customers across Service Drive and Recon portfolios. You will build scalable processes, drive efficiency, and maintain a metrics‑driven culture while ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value from our platform. You’ll lead a hands‑on team in a fast‑paced, EBITDA‑conscious environment, crafting Vehlo’s AI support strategy, building agents, AI voice channels, and scaling the team to convert #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom
