**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an AMA-accredited Associate Degree program in Respiratory Care
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the State of Rhode Island
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) preferred; Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is a plus
- Experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive training
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role
