Work Environment

You will be working onsite in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility designed to create a therapeutic environment for both patients and therapists. The facility is equipped with the latest rehabilitation tools, including specialized exercise equipment, hydrotherapy resources, and patient education materials, which enhance our ability to deliver evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs to develop personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual goals and conditions.
• Work with 1-2 patients per hour, providing focused, hands-on treatment sessions aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other innovative strategies to facilitate recovery.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on individual responses to therapy, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
• Document patient care activities meticulously in the WebPT system, collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily involves working with a diverse clientele, predominantly consisting of orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will play a vital role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation processes, employing advanced recovery protocols that cater specifically to their unique medical histories and physical challenges.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's or Doctorate is strongly preferred.
• An active California Physical Therapist license, or the ability and readiness to obtain one promptly.
• Proficiency in using clinical reasoning and a hands-on approach to treatment, backed by a passion for patient-centered care.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to motivate and engage patients throughout their recovery journey.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, particularly in an orthopedic outpatient setting. Familiarity with treatment planning, patient management, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation will be advantageous. Experience in using electronic health records, specifically with WebPT, is preferable.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including:
