ServiceNow Business AnalystLocation: Cincinnati, OHDuration: 6 monthsExperience Required: 4–6 yearsMandatory Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.Minimum 3 years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.Strong experience in requirements management.Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.Experience documenting business processes and workflows.Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation.Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Experience:Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules.IT Service Management (ITSM) experience.Configuration Management Database (CMDB) experience.IT Operations Management (ITOM) experience.ServiceNow Employee Center experience.ServiceNow Case Management experience.Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.Experience working within the government sector.Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations.Facilitate stakeholder workshops to understand business needs, pain points, and process requirements.Translate business requirements into functional requirements and ServiceNow solutions.Document current-state and future-state business processes.Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and ServiceNow architects throughout implementation.Support ServiceNow module implementations, enhancements, and process improvements.Develop and maintain requirements documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.Coordinate and support UAT activities, including test scenarios, test cases, defect tracking, and validation.Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and acceptance criteria.Support stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and solution adoption.Contribute to organizational change management and user adoption activities.ServiceNow Skills:ServiceNow ITSMServiceNow CSMServiceNow CMDBServiceNow ITOMServiceNow Employee CenterServiceNow Case ManagementServiceNow implementations and enhancementsServiceNow business process configuration and optimizationPreferred Certifications:CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)ServiceNow CertificationsITIL FoundationEssential Skills:Business AnalysisRequirements ManagementStakeholder Workshop FacilitationBusiness Process DocumentationUAT & Solution ValidationServiceNowIT Service Management (ITSM)Customer Service Management (CSM)Stakeholder ManagementOrganizational Change Management
