The position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated cases while gaining exposure to municipal and state court matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Draft and argue motions effectively.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Manage document review and production.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle state court litigation, with preference for experience in municipal work.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in New York State.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
