Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Pearl River, La

DiMarco Plumbing is looking to add a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to our growing team. We are searching for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and experienced in customer service and scheduling. 

Responsibilities:  

• Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers with scheduling service calls
• Manage schedules and dispatch technicians efficiently
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, delays, and follow-ups
• Maintain organization within the CRM and job management system
• Assist with invoices, payments, and customer communication
• Work closely with office staff and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing our company professionally

Requirements:

 

• Previous customer service experience required
• Experience using CRM software such as:
  
   
  • ServiceTitan
•  
  • FieldPulse
•  
  • Jobber
•  
  • or similar software
•  
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Plumbing or home service industry experience is a plus
