Provides ongoing coaching and feedback as well as periodic formal assessment of progress.Restaurant OperationsTechnically proficient in all aspects of food preparation, production and delivery. Displays detailed knowledge of all key food handling/food safety procedures. Familiar with basic restaurant equipment troubleshooting.
