Diese Position eignet sich ideal für kommunikative Menschen mit IT-Affinität, die zeitlich flexibel bleiben möchten. Du arbeitest remote und kannst deine Arbeitszeit nach deinen Bedürfnissen gestalten. Als Nebenjobber hilfst du dabei, dass die User Experience auf UNISCOLA erstklassig bleibt. Die Arbeit ist sinnvoll und bietet dir die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrung im User Support zu sammeln. Hilfestellung bei der Navigation und Orientierung in der UNISCOLA-Umgebung. Beantwortung von Fragen zu Account-Einstellungen und Profilen. Unterstützung bei der Suche und Buchung von Kursen. Hilfe bei der Verwendung von Kommunikationsfunktionen. Anleitung zur Nutzung von Lernmaterialien und Downloads. Weiterleitung technischer Probleme an technische Support-Kollegen. Sammlung von Feedback zur Benutzerfreundlichkeit. Dokumentation häufiger Nutzerfragen und Unklarheiten. Freundliche und geduldige Kommunikation mit allen Nutzergruppen.Nebenaufgaben in deinem Bereich: Pflege von FAQ-Einträgen zu Nutzerfragen. Erstellung einfacher Anleitungen für Basic-Funktionen. Identifikation von Usability-Problemen. Weitergabe von Verbesserungsvorschlägen an das Produkt-Team. Unterstützung bei der Kategorisierung von Support-Anfragen. Mitwirkung bei Nutzerumfragen. Überprüfung der Vollständigkeit von Hilfeartikeln. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Welcome-Guides. Teilnahme an monatlichen virtuellen Teammeetings.
