Salary:

Diamond Peak Homes is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting prospective buyers through the home purchasing process while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective homebuyers
• Conduct model home and community tours
• Follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities
• Explain floor plans, pricing, and available options
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with construction, lenders, and closing teams
• Meet monthly sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Experience/Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in real estate, homebuilding, or a sales-driven organization
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in managing CRM; Sales Force, Follow Up Boss, or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
• Attend weekly meetings as needed
