Chief Development Officer - Lead Major Gifts for Conservation
The Trustees of Reservations
The Trustees of Reservations in Boston is seeking a Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead transformational fundraising efforts. This role requires over 15 years of experience in progressive leadership in fundraising, including major gifts and campaigns. The CDO will oversee a $300M comprehensive campaign, build donor relationships, and enhance a culture of philanthropy organization-wide. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model.
