Experience the Quality Collision Group difference . Job Summary The first point of contact with the customer. Will act as a liaison with the customer and team to create an excellent experience for the customer. Schedules repairs, rentals, coordinates with insurance companies, receives payment, and follows up with accounts receivable. Responsibilities Essential Functions Phone Answering Customer Greeting Creates Repair Orders Schedules repairs Closes Repair Orders in Management System Schedules Rentals Payment receipts A/R Follow up Customer delivery Monthly Reporting Qualifications Strong interpersonal Skills Patient, empathetic and passionate Organized, process driven and focused on details Demonstrated commitment to continued learning Enjoys working in a team environment 1 Year of Customer Service required Valid Driver’s License required Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Days 401(k) with employer match Paid Training
