Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to create tailored treatment and intervention plans for clients facing various challenges, including addiction and mental health disorders.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and behavioral activation to foster positive behavioral changes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and additional healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, conducting regular evaluations and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet treatment objectives.

• Support clients in managing psychotropic medications as prescribed, focusing on adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating overall treatment efficacy.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records are thorough and maintain client confidentiality.

This role is centered on supporting individuals actively seeking detox and recovery from substance use disorders. You will work closely with patients at various stages of their recovery, tailoring interventions to address their unique psychosocial profiles and individual needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Georgia.
