Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze construction drawings and project specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates. Interpret and understand contract terms and conditions. Develop detailed, well-organized estimates and proposals under deadlines. Provide comprehensive quantity of take-offs for grading, drainage, utilities, and asphalt paving. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and material supplier quotes, ensuring full coverage of project scopes. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients; provide clarification and explore value engineering options.
