Join us!Responsible for supporting risk-based operational processes through the timely and accurate review, investigation, resolution, and escalation of alerts. The role applies established procedures and sound judgment to mitigate risk, maintain regulatory and policy compliance, deliver quality operational support, and identify opportunities to strengthen controls and process effectiveness.Perform alert reviews related to Account Closure Recommendation (ACR), Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and TIN applied, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirementsInvestigate and resolve alerts by conducting thorough research, analyzing client data, and documenting findings accuratelySupport completion of internal Quality Assurance (QA) reviews, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with established proceduresParticipate in ongoing review and enhancement of procedures, identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and improve efficiencyProvide constructive feedback to peers and leadership on trends, risks, and process improvement opportunitiesDemonstrate the ability to think critically and proactively, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions beyond standard processesCollaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely resolution of alerts and alignment with operational prioritiesMaintain a strong focus on risk mitigation, client experience, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of workProcess routine/standard alerts (via applications and email) to appropriate front line unit (FLU) according to established procedures and prescribed processes.Daily responsibilities will cover the operations functional areas such as: Reviewing and Researching of Initial Alerts, Managing Alerts to Closure, Responding to InquiriesProvides quality, timely service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned areas, internal business partners and/or external customers and clients.Job Required Qualifications1+ year operational experienceMinimum intermediate Excel and Word skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong problem resolution and decision-making skillsAttention to Detail and completeness for record retention is criticalHighly motivated mindsetAdapt to change in a highly regulated industryCollaborative mindsetAnalytical thinkingExperience utilizing the following systems:Client ProfileFinderClient Document online (CDOL)Bridge screens (KDI,DQS,KDR)DGUIInteractLexisNexisSharePointGlobal Policy Source (GPS)Desired Skills:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMicrosoft Access skillsShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Pay Transparency detailsUS - NJ - Pennington - 1400 American Blvd - Hopewell Bldg 4 (NJ2140)Pay and benefits informationPay range$25.00 - $31.87 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.Predictable payThis role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.BenefitsThis role is currently benefits eligible.
