ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jose Rosario - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Sales. Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Inbound and outbound calls to prospects and customers. Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM). Weekend Off

QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Portuguese preferred. Must obtain the 20-44 and 2-15 licenses within 30 days; training and paid licensing support are provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively. Previous customer service experience preferred. This is a long-term, career-oriented role; we invest heavily in training/licensing and are looking for candidates committed to growing within the agency. Compensation Annual Base: $36,198.00 + monthly incentives. Typical first-year: $50,000–$60,000. Top performers: up to $100,000.
