Early Career Talent Partner

Overview Pacific Life seeks a talented Early Career Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Omaha, NE. In this role you will drive recruitment for early career programs across North America, managing the full recruiting lifecycle for early-career positions in dedicated regions. You will collaborate closely with universities and other talent pipelines, represent Pacific Life as a brand ambassador, and support inclusive hiring practices. Responsibilities Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for early-career roles: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and candidate communications. Maintain market-specific expertise and keep up-to-date with evolving talent needs and student interests. Support university relations strategy, build long-term partnerships with academic institutions and student organizations. Prepare for and attend career fairs and other recruiting events. Act as a brand ambassador for Pacific Life. Partner with HR and business leaders to embed inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse talent pipelines across all markets. Travel up to 30% and attend evening events during campus recruitment season. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition. Familiarity with recruitment technologies (Event Management, ATS, CRM, AI tools) and data-driven hiring practices. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in early career talent acquisition is a plus. Compensation Base Pay Range: $73,260.00 – $89,540.00 (actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and location).
