Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for and partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Build and maintain strong pipelines of supply chain professionals Coordinate candidate interviews and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding activities Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred Experience recruiting within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, transportation, or operations is a plus Workday knowledge/experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent sourcing and networking abilities Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other recruiting platforms preferred Strong organizational and follow-up skills Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr MyStaff
