What to Expect Interact with customers daily, helping with sales and negotiating agreements on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets us apart from the competition. Manage opening and closing store duties, process sales, loans, and extensions. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions accurately and efficiently. Perform opening and closing store duties and maintain store presentation. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask. Pass a criminal background check and drug test after a conditional offer. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (e.g., tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Background in sales is a plus.
