We are excited to announce our search for a full-time Commercial Lines Underwriter Assistant Support! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday.

1. Prepares and processes Loss Run Reports.
2. Works on a wide variety of special projects as assigned by management.
3. Ensures timely and accurate data entry of policy files.
4. Processes accurate work items received from agents, customers, and service providers.
5. Monitors e-mail box for communications from agents and customers
6. Researches and reviews databases, reports, policy information and other on-line sources to perform required tasks.
7. Processes and services new and renewal business.
8. Processes change requests for coverage modifications, updates to policy, and process cancellations.
9. Participates in project work including but not limited to research, policy clean-up, and project quality review .
10. Assists with agency and customer communications via email and other approved methods of communication.
11. Updates policies as approved by Underwriting. 
12. Stays abreast of changing department procedures and processes.
13. Uses current systems effectively and follows set procedures.
14. Maintains department quality standards by assisting your team to achieve service/quality levels and targets.
15. Clocks in and out consistently and accurately by using the electronic timeclock system for all time worked and does not perform any work when not clocked-in.
