Speech-Language Pathologist

We are a pediatric ABA clinic seeking a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. Provide speech and language evaluations, develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing communication, pragmatics, articulation, AAC, and functional communication. Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and caregivers while maintaining professional boundaries and evidence‑based practices. Educate and train caregivers to support skill carryover, participate in team meetings, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, current Kentucky license, CCC‑SLP, pediatric experience, and preferred autism and AAC experience.
