- Handle all aspects of foreclosure litigation including, but not limited to, drafting and arguing motions, handling discovery, and making court appearances.
- Represent clients in court proceedings related to foreclosure cases, effectively advocating for their interests.
- Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to uncover facts and evidence for each case.
- Regularly communicate with clients, providing them with legal advice and updates on case progress.
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis, staying updated on current laws and regulations related to property and foreclosure law.
- Collaborate with legal team members to devise effective litigation strategies.
- Ensure all court filings are completed accurately and submitted within the required timeframes.
- Maintain the highest level of professional ethics, confidentiality, and client service.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 2 years of experience in foreclosure litigation.
- Proven experience in courtroom advocacy, court appearances, and motion practice.
- Strong knowledge of real property law and related legal principles.
- Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuasively argue a position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in court filings and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
