Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience preparing reports, meeting materials, and project documentation. Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and recommend solutions. Ability to work independently while managing competing deadlines. Position Summary: The Program Coordinator II supports the Defense Community Resilience Program (DCRP) through project coordination, operational support, stakeholder engagement, and administrative management. The position assists with planning and tracking project activities, coordinating internal and external partners, preparing reports and project materials, supporting proposal development, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables. The incumbent also supports outreach activities, events, and program evaluation efforts while assisting with division administrative and operational processes. The position serves as a key resource in maintaining project continuity and supporting the successful delivery of DCRP initiatives. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate project operations for the Defense Community Resilience Program (DCRP), including overseeing project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and project documentation across multiple concurrent applied research and outreach projects. Monitor project status, budgets, and deliverables; evaluate project needs; identify issues requiring follow-up or resolution; and coordinate appropriate next steps to ensure successful project execution. Develop and maintain project records, reports, evaluation summaries, and communications for internal and external audiences. Serve as a primary point of contact for project participants, clients, sponsors, and partners regarding project activities and coordination needs. Percentage of time: 50 Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinate applied research and outreach project activities from initiation through completion by managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement efforts. Facilitate collaboration among Institute faculty and staff, University departments, clients, sponsors, and external partners to advance project objectives and maintain project continuity. Coordinate development of project proposals, reports, presentations, meetings, workshops, conferences, and project deliverables. Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing competing project needs and coordinating resources necessary to achieve project goals. Percentage of time: 35 Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinate operational and administrative processes supporting DCRP activities, including initiation and monitoring of human resources, financial, onboarding, procurement, and compliance-related actions.
