The Shot Nurse is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our clinical team!

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with staff and patients, and takes initiative without waiting to be directed. We are looking for a visible, approachable leader with excellent organizational skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to balance people management with operational oversight.

The ideal candidate:

• Leads by example and enjoys being actively involved with staff and daily operations
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing inventory, scheduling, and workflow
• Is proactive, dependable, and comfortable making decisions independently
• Possesses strong communication skills and can coach, motivate, and hold staff accountable when needed
• Is proficient with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred), Microsoft Excel, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Understands that leadership means being present, engaged, and willing to support the team wherever needed

Previous management experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of vaccines and Testosterone Replacement Therapy is a plus but not required.

Required:

Unrestricted TN/compact license (RN)

Current CPR certification

Strong computer skills

Ability to stand for extended periods of time >1hr
