Now Hiring: Production Worker & Soil Sort WorkerLocation: 4255 Profit Drive San Antonio, TX 78219 Pay: $13.25 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per WeekWe are currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team in one of the following positions:Production WorkerProduction Workers process and prepare hospital linens for delivery according to customer specifications.Responsibilities:Continuously grasp, sort, and grade clean textilesFeed and operate garment press machinerySort and fold linens for final finishingFold textiles by hand or feed them into ironers and folding machinesManually feed laundry into machineryPack sanitized hospital linens according to customer specificationsRetrieve cleaned and dried linens and load them into cartsPerform job rotation as requiredMeet production standards and hourly productivity goalsSoil Sort WorkerSoil Sort Workers are responsible for sorting incoming soiled laundry in preparation for the laundering process. Team members work at assigned stations and may occasionally work on elevated platforms.Responsibilities:Open bags containing soiled linenPush and pull carts from adjoining sorting areasPosition carts on scales and verify bag weightsAdd or remove linens to adjust bag weight as neededMove carts to hoist loading areasAttach bag straps to overhead hoistsSort linen by hand and separate by typePlace linens into designated binsMonitor equipment and clear jams when necessaryPerform job rotation as requiredQualifications for Both Positions:High school-level reading, writing, math, and basic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong teamwork and communication skillsWillingness to work day or night shifts based on production needsAvailable for overtime, extended hours, and weekend work (Saturday's)Ability to meet production and safety standardsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, reach overhead, push, pull, and grasp throughout the shiftAbility to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basisAbility to move rolling carts weighing up to and exceeding 250 poundsAbility to perform physical duties for the entire shiftJoin our team and help provide clean, high-quality hospital linens that support healthcare facilities and patient care.
