Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Telemetry unit
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Facilitate smooth patient transfers to other departments or facilities as needed

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Active RN license
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• EPIC experience required
• 2+ years of telemetry experience
• Willingness to float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
