The Role This position is responsible for critical business functions, acting as the primary executor of the Firm’s business systems. Your mission is to “make the trains run on time” by managing front‑of‑house operations, technology, and staff productivity. Compensation Requirements Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year. Type: Full‑time, hybrid (40 hours per week). Bonus: Opportunities for bonus compensation are available for those who demonstrate their profitability and meet key performance indicators.
