The Family Medicine Department, located in a 120,000 square foot facility, provides a wide variety of comprehensive primary care services for all age groups to include: office based procedural skills, obstetrical care, nutrition services, counseling and psychological support in an integrated care model.Job Duties The Department of Family Medicine, Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, is seeking board certified/board eligible Family Medicine Physicians at the title/rank of Clinical Assistant Professor/Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor/Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor/Professor (title/rank is commensurate with experience) for a fixed-term or tenure-track position. The successful candidates will join a well-established medical practice comprised of leading divisions in residency education, medical student education, sports medicine, geriatrics, and research.Faculty members will participate in the teaching, mentoring, advising, and supervision of residents, medical students, and other learners; will provide medical care to patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings; and will participate in various scholarly endeavors.
