Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Location: NYC | Full-time

My client is a Tier 1 US General Contractor is expanding its Mission Critical team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex data center projects nationwide.

The Role

You’ll manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors and field operations:

• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement and project controls

• Lead preconstruction, RFIs, submittals and change orders

• Coordinate subcontractors, Superintendents and MEP teams

• Drive quality, commissioning, turnover and closeout

• Lead client and project meetings

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC

• Proven Project Management experience

• Data center, mission-critical or complex technical construction experience is a MUST

• Strong budgeting, scheduling and subcontractor management skills

• Preconstruction, estimating and MEP experience highly valued
