Contracts AdministratorSparks Group has teamed with several prominent and successful companies in the Metro DC area to identify junior to senior-level Contracts Administrators. Many positions are metro-accessible and close to great dining and entertainment!ResponsibilitiesResponsible for cradle to grave contracts administration including preparing and negotiating nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract agreements in accordance to DCAA/DCMA requirements; reviewing prime contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to develop appropriate prime flow-downs; identifying proposal compliance elements and ensuring the requirements are adequately addressed, and conducting all pricing/quote requests and negotiationsWorking with various contracts such as, T&M, FFP, CPFF, IDIQ and BPAsMaintain contract files and other documentation to ensure compliance with Contracting Purchasing Systems Review (CPSR) requirementsQualifications/Background ProfileBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degreeMinimum of 5 years of experience with cradle-to-grave commercial, federal, state and local government contract administrationSolid understanding of regulations including FAR, DFAR, AIDAR and CASUnderstanding of UCC is preferredProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)Knowledge of CPSR requirements is highly desiredThis job is In-Person.
