As a General Production Worker, you will play a hands-on role preparing and assembling steel materials used in large-scale construction projects. The role involves a 2nd shift schedule, with training provided on the 1st shift for approximately 1–4 weeks. The 2nd shift hours are 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Monday-Thursday and 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM on Friday. Shift differential of +$2/hour is provided for off-shift work. Flexibility is required, with mandated overtime posted the Thursday prior. Occasional Saturday work and availability for overtime hours from 3 PM - 2:30 AM are necessary.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
