Machine Operator (Needed ASAP)
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Monday – Saturday
Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Summary

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators / Rubber Molder Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for operating molding machinery, monitoring production quality, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber molding and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials into molding equipment
• Monitor machines during operation and make minor adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects
• Trim, package, or prepare finished rubber products for shipment or next-stage production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures, production standards, and supervisor instructions
• Meet daily production goals and attendance expectations

Requirements

• 6 Months of previous manufacturing experience
• Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred, but willing to train dependable candidates
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduled
