Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP licensure for KS (Kansas) or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior school-based experience is highly valued
• Proficient with technology for teletherapy platforms and virtual documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and rapport-building skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services via secure telepractice platforms to K-12 students
• Conduct virtual assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
• Collaborate remotely with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support each student’s communication goals
• Maintain up-to-date digital records and timely data entry in accordance with district guidelines
• Support students across multiple caseloads, with flexibility to balance workloads and student needs
