Product Analyst

Kforce has a client in Covington, KY that is seeking a Product Analyst. Responsibilities:

• Supports solution validation, process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement efforts to deliver scalable and organizational results
• Lead analysis activities, including crafting detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution design
• Build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making
• Support solution delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery within financial services, equity compensation, or related industries
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating skill in evaluating complex business situations and developing practical, scalable solutions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration across both business and technical teams
• Demonstrates strong ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize while maintaining a focus on quality and business outcomes
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, process analysis, and problem-solving skills with experience supporting business transformation and solution implementation
