Job Title: Senior Researcher, Consumer Research Location: Cincinnati, OH / Chicago, IL Overview The Senior Researcher, Consumer Research role is responsible for uncovering the “why” behind consumer behavior and translating insights into compelling, actionable business recommendations. This position blends qualitative and quantitative research to develop human-centered narratives that inform strategy and drive meaningful customer experiences. The role operates as a strategic partner, integrating behavioral data with consumer insights to influence business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead and independently execute end-to-end consumer research projects Design research approaches, including questionnaire development and study methodology Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to extract actionable insights Synthesize findings into clear, compelling deliverables and presentations Integrate multiple data sources to develop a holistic understanding of consumer behavior Identify business problems and determine when consumer research can provide solutions Translate complex data into storytelling that drives business action Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment Identify opportunities to automate research processes and improve scalability Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Experience scoping and executing a variety of consumer research initiatives Familiarity with research tools such as SPSS, R, Python, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Forsta, QuestionPro, or similar platforms Ability to work with diverse data types and integrate insights effectively Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments Highly collaborative with a team-oriented mindset Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr Matlen Silver
