What We Offer

• A well-established, beautiful 5,000-square-foot hospital with six (6) exam rooms and plenty of room to grow.
• Two dedicated, experienced doctors, both eager to partner with you to continue to grow the team and serve the local community.
• Competitive compensation package with a base salary of $150,000 (based on your mutually agreed-upon schedule), $25,000 Medical Director stipend, plus prosal!

• You'll mentor, coach, and empower your clinical team to build their skills, confidence, and long-term careers.
• You'll foster a collaborative, supportive environment where both veterinarians and staff feel valued, motivated, and inspired to do their best work.
• You'll enjoy the clinical independence to shape your hospital's direction, backed by a skilled support system of operational and medical leaders.
• You'll expand your professional influence through curated Doctor Programs, collaborative peer summits, and direct access to our Medical Advisory Board.
• Provide comprehensive and compassionate care for pets and their people.
• Physical examinations, wellness care, and preventive medicine for dogs and cats.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions using evidence-based veterinary medicine.
• Develop personalized preventive healthcare and vaccination plans.
• Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and/or dental procedures.
• Partner with pet owners to educate them on treatment options, nutrition, and preventive care.
