Associate Clinical Supply Distribution Director

Exelixis seeks an Associate Clinical Supply Distribution Director to oversee global logistics and distribution strategies for clinical supplies. The role manages depot networks, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains uninterrupted supply availability to clinical sites and patients while supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and distribution of clinical supplies while ensuring GxP regulatory compliance
• Manage site-by-site shipment execution, importation documentation, temperature monitoring, and returns reconciliation
• Partner with trade compliance teams to ensure proper customs valuation, VAT management, and risk mitigation
• Develop and maintain database of country-specific import/export requirements and health authority lead times
• Supervise staff and identify vendor performance improvements through KPI tracking and governance models

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field plus 11+ years experience, or Master's degree plus 9+ years experience
• Technical experience in international pharmaceutical logistics and supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of clinical supply distribution and GMP regulations
• Experience with international trade compliance, imports, exports, and customs requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in cold chain management and pharmaceutical supply chain operations
• Proficiency with MS Office and specialized supply chain software applications
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong stakeholder management skills

Compensation: $166,500 - $236,500 base annually
