Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs, converting sales leads into policyholders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Consult with potential and existing policyholders to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages Handle inbound calls and warm leads, converting them into sales without cold calling Complete paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license, if not already licensed Required qualifications 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred Property and Casualty License required after hire Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills Proficiency in typing and PC usage
