Scrum Master
Applies agile development processes and scrum principles to enable the assigned team to achieve their self-determined objectives to meet the needs of the product owner, and the technical leader. Facilitates the team in achieving their objectives relative to processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and sprint reviews. Assists other related teams in achieving their objectives and may share best practices with other scrum masters, where appropriate.
