CT Tech CT Technologist - Matthews, NC

Deliver advanced patient care as a CT Technologist, utilizing your expertise to perform high-quality imaging procedures. In this contract opportunity, you will collaborate with board-certified radiologists and dedicated healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional diagnostic imaging and patient safety.


Schedule & Hours:

• 8-hour evening shifts, Monday through Friday
• 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• No call or call-back requirements
• No weekend rotation
• Required to work 75% of holidays as part of the assignment

Qualifications:

• Experience performing CT scans and operating advanced CT imaging equipment
• Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) technology, ARDMS, ARRT or equivalent
• Current state licensure (as required)
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to compassionate patient care
• Ability to work efficiently and independently within scheduled evening shift

Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality CT imaging procedures, ensuring precise and accurate image acquisition
• Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures while maintaining patient comfort and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide seamless, efficient workflow
• Verify that imaging equipment is functioning properly, and adhere to all protocols for equipment use and patient protection
• Document and maintain required records in accordance with facility policies
• Uphold regulatory, infection control, and quality assurance standards throughout all imaging activities
